Concrete ASAP’s Reinforced Concrete Culvert Pipes (“RCP”) are designed for storm sewers, driveways and street drainage, as well as all types of detention systems. Concrete ASAP uses the best Texas aggregates available for production of its high-quality, ASTM Class III precast concrete culvert pipes.
Each concrete culvert pipe is reinforced with steel mesh as in accordance with current ASTM standards. The precast molds used to manufacture Concrete ASAP’S 4-foot RCP creates a ribbed exterior on each culvert for increased product durability, which aids in stability during placement. Our strong, durable reinforced concrete pipes requires little or no maintenance and when properly installed will have a lifespan of over 100 years.
Concrete ASAP’s produce 4-foot joints for ease of handling but we also manufacture 24″ RCP in 6-foot lengths to reduce labor costs.
